Description	THelp the Capital One Goat find his bass playin'! He's a bit of a diva, but a few plucks off an upgright bass and a prepared goat's milk bath, Toonie the Bear will come chargin' outta his hidin' spot!
In-Game Hint	Visit neighbors to chop trees. Goats are available in the Market. Upright Basses can be crafted in the Bandstand.
