I've rebuild the Doc's Office and the mf Syringe appeared during the construction.

Corielle mentioned selling and rebuilding the doctor's office as a way of getting the syringe, but there's no guarantee is there? So pretty much I should keep collecting the bonuses each day, since either way, it's a 50/ 50 shot at getting one, right?

The drop rate for the Syringe is pretty low. I collected the DB for days and didn't get one, but got one from rebuilding.

Ugh, how do I get this fucking syringe. I've been collecting bonuses for at least four or five days now and I'm getting every item from the Doctor's collection EXCEPT the one I need. >:( My family is going to be ill with this pox forever, damn it.

Get a lot of package if you have a lot of friends that play once I open about 20 it just gave me what I needed. Easy peazy

Why do they have to make everything cost so freaking much? I can't afford to pay 10 horseshoes to buy a syringe, and I haven't been able to find one for days! And I don't want to build another doctor's office, they take too much time!

I can't seem to get a syringe. Is there a trick to getting it? I have collected the bonus now several times from the dr. office and all I get are XP. I really hate to have to purchase this like I had to those chocolates for 10 each.

You can sell it an try rebuilding it. And the chocolates were for the kissing tree, not this.
