Peppermint is one of the Trees available in FrontierVille. It can be purchased from the Market for Coins-icon.png 200 Coins. Unlike Crops, Peppermint does not wither. It can be moved, but not rotated.

RaisingEdit

Planting Peppermint gains XP-icon.png 1 XP. It must then be watered 2 times before it becomes full size. Every time that it is watered, Energy-icon.png 1 Energy is used, and XP-icon.png 1 XP is gained. It will only produce Food when it is full size. It will produce XP-icon.png 2 XP and Food-icon.png 3 Food every 4 hours. There is a chance of finding an item from the Peppermint Collection when watering or harvesting Peppermint.

  • I'm getting 10 xp for each peppermint I plant, not the 1 xp that is stated above. Bug? Dumb luck? Undocumented change? Anyone else also getting 10?

  • Peppermint now gives FOOD, too. Don't know if it is temporary or not. Lots of new things are dropping food due to the complaints of the new Canning Mission.

  • it looks like weed

  • I wish peppermint weren't so buggy. I'll log in once and all my bushes will be ripe. Then without harvesting them, I'll log out and log back in, and suddenly they are unripe and won't be ripe for four hours.

  • I expect the trees section to be relabled "Trees and bushes" at some point

  • I don't get anything when a neighbor waters my peppermint trees

  • Peppermint is currently missplaced into the "Tree"-category for those wondering.

    • In the XML it's a tree.

    • When you plant peppermint, it needs waering like a tree. Crops, just naturally ripen. Peppermint does not wilt like crops. ...and if you've ever planted mint in real life, it NEVER goes away. At first, when I saw this, I thought Mint would be a new breed of plant that VINED out and took over your property like debris does. I was ready to fence it in!
