Description

See if you can help your neighbors by grooming some cows and goats. Maybe you'll get some good 'ol homemade cheese for your efforts!

In-Game Hint

"Groom" means to tend animals that are NOT hungry (they don't have yellow arrows above them). Find Cheddar Cheese by tending cows!

i keep getting everything else BUT the freaking cheese...

I am not playing FrontierVille any longer. They need to fix the errors before they start asking for cold hard cash to play. I wouldn't advise anyone to play, and definately Don't Pay To Play by buying horseshoes. The game is full of bugs and slows your PC down to a crawl.

I feed and groomed 5 goats and 3 cows, completed the mission just fine, posted to my wall the gifts showing it was completed. Logged of, then back on later and the mission reset completely. I've gone through this every evening this week, the goal says it's complete - even let's me post the gifts saying it's completed to my wall, and every night it resets. Same thing with the Apple Pie Contest mission. There is some kind of a bug....

Started completing the goal (fed goats & cows) and I just needed to find 2 cheddar cheese....but the goal disappeared and got swapped with "Clobber groundhogs" goal!!! Does this mean I have to start the cheese goal from the beginning, if it reappears?

Just click the backpack and click missions. You will see all your quests. Hope I helped!

it's a bug...you have to FEED them...it's kinda frustrating...i've groom all of my neighbors goats...and i didnt credit like anyone else here...you have to feed those goats...

You need to do ALL of the Cow and Cheddar Cheese additional things.

Yeah, just to confirm, I fed 5 goats and it completed.
Much like everyone else, I followed what the goal said (grooming them) and did not get credit.

Agree with last comment. I groomed goats 15 times and it didn't count. Ended up feeding 5 - BAM, goal completed.

It appears to be a bug because I had to 'feed' them.

I've 'groomed' about 15 goats, and NO credit for it. Has anyone else had this problem? If so how did you get around it?

a slight change in the wording - the task has been changed to Groom Three Neighbors Cows, Groom Five Neighbor Goats, Collect Two Cheddar Cheese.

i've been trying to collect cheddar cheese but no luck!! i have been feeding tuns of cows and get 1 cottage cheese and 3 milks but no cheddar cheese!!

I'm pretty sure a few weeks ago, we we're able to feed neighbors animals, and then 'tend' the same one. Today, when I received this goal, I wasn't allowed to do this anymore. The animals just get this blue glow around them, and you aren't able to tend them after that.

you can only do one action per animal or crop now, It's been that way for a few weeks now. I have about 30 cheddar cheese from raising groups of 50 cows to adults at a time, you get 50 food from each one so its worth the plot of land. Each plot of land holds 2 cows, so thats 100 food per plot which is alot more then you would get from planting 12h+ crops.

That is incorrect, Tortureyou. You are able to tend a neighbors animal a maximum of two times.
